Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is a 2007 third-person shooter developed by Naughty Dog, introducing treasure hunter Nathan Drake as he chases the lost fortune of El Dorado, supposedly linked to his ancestor Sir Francis Drake, to a mysterious jungle island. It blended cinematic adventure with cover-based gunplay.
The game mixed acrobatic climbing and exploration, light puzzle-solving, and third-person firefights, all wrapped in a witty, film-inspired narrative with strong motion-captured performances and constant banter among a small cast.
